🔄 CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY
❌ Order Cancellation
You may request the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
To do so, write to us at: info@laude.wine
If the order has already been shipped, it will be processed as a return.
🔁 Returns
You have 14 natural days from receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with current e-commerce regulations.
Conditions for accepting a return
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition, including its original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns of opened or tampered bottles.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is an error by LAUDE.WINE.

⚡ Wrong or Defective Item
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, LAUDE.WINE will cover all collection and replacement costs.
This must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
