Production: Produced by Vins de Mas Sersal with the flagship variety of Estones Vins de la Terra Alta, Pedro Ximénez, with the synergy and advice of Vermut Padró in Tarragona.
Elaboration: The Estones PX vermouth is made by vinifying Pedro Ximénez grapes and aging them on their lees for a year. After that, the wine is oxidized for another year in the sun and outdoors. Once the vinification process is completed, the maceration is carried out with botanicals: absinthe, hibiscus, bitter orange, gentian, elderberry, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and vanilla.
