Tasting notes: Wine of great aromatic complexity, with notes of ripe black fruit, sweet spices and a characteristic balsamic touch. In the mouth it is powerful and structured, with fine tannins and a balanced acidity that gives it a long life.
Pairing: Ideal with red meats, game and traditional dishes.
Service: Serve between 16 and 18 °C.
