History of wine: From the planting of the vineyards, the selection of varieties, the perfectionism in the winemaking and ageing processes, in Thessaly everything has been done to create the “grand crus” of Andalusia. The main focus has been to create wines of exceptional quality and style that show concentration, elegance, complexity, balance, length and nobility when aging. Ready for immediate consumption but which will grow over the next ten years.
Elaboration: Tesalía from the plot of Petit Verdot nº 5 and nº 10, the plot of Syrah nº1, a little from plot nº 2 of Tintilla de Rota, and plot nº 9 of Cabernet Sauvignon, these plots have a predominantly northeast orientation, occupy slopes with very steep and ventilated slopes that correspond to the freshest vineyards of Celler Tessalia.
Service: Serve between 15 and 17ºC.
