Elaboration: The grapes were carefully selected manually at the time of harvest to achieve an optimal and homogeneous degree of ripeness. The must was macerated with the grape skins for 4 hours at a temperature of 10º and then part of it was drained by gravity. 90% was fermented in a lightly roasted French oak barrel, where it remained in contact with its lees for 6 months. Prior to bottling, it was filtered and stabilized at -3ºC temperature.
Service: Serve between 8 and 10ºC.
