Elaboration: Very low production (6-8 hl/ha). Manual harvest. Fermentation at a low temperature followed by a long maceration. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels. Traditional elegance of the Priorat.
Made with grapes from very old vines, harvested at their optimum point of ripeness, to express the delicate minerality of the slate terroir combined with respect for varietal complexity.
