Elaboration: Manual harvest with strict selection in the vineyard; fermentation 70% in stainless steel, 15% in open oak barrels and 15% in oak vats; malolactic fermentation in barrels and ageing for five months in 225-500 L French oak barrels.
Service: Serve between 14 and 16 °C.
Pairing: Cold meats, legume salads and Iberian secret.
