Elaboration: Maintaining the style of this house, the wine is vinified in small tanks of 10,000 liters, where the different plots of our vineyard ferment separately, to later define the blend that will make up the new vintage of Casar de Burbia. The wine is aged for two months with its own lees to finally enter second and third year French oak barrels for a time according to the type of vintage, which usually lasts around 10-12 months.
