Elaboration: Manual harvest and harvesting in 20 kg boxes. Film maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats for 21 days for Grenache and 25 days for Samson. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels Grenache and American oak barrels Samsó, with malolactic fermentation in the same barrels. Due to its production and ageing, it can produce sediments.
Service: Serve between 14 and 16ºC.
Pairing:Due to its structure and complexity, it will harmonize very well with powerful and persistent dishes: Pork, lamb and kid, big game, beef and beef will harmonize perfectly with the structure and persistence of the “Estones” de Vins de Mas Sersal.
