Elaboration: Ancestral Method. Direct pressing without unraveling. Spontaneous fermentation in old 225L French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. No sulfites added during the process or filtering or clarifying.
Viticulture: Macabeo and Xarel·lo from plots neighbouring the property of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs, following the Camí dels Xops in the Alt Penedès region. Plots of calcareous soils and loamy texture (balance between silt and sand) from 180 to 260 meters high. Cultivated following the principles of organic farming and lunar cycles. Vinified and bottled entirely on our property.
