Elaboration: Manual harvest. Fermentation at a low temperature followed by a long maceration. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, of which 50% are first wine, 50% second wine or third wine. The cellar’s view of selection and blending to obtain an elegant and complex expression of varieties and minerality of the Priorat slate terroir.
