History of wine: Ausàs Interpretation is the personal project of Xavier Ausàs, former winemaker of Vega Sicília, made in Quintanilla de Onésimo after 25 years of experience and with the collaboration of trusted winegrowers.
Age of the vineyard: 40 years.
Elaboration: Aged for 16 months in new and used French oak barrels.
Service: Serve between 15 and 17 °C.
