Varieties: 90% Merlot and 10% Picapoll Red
Alcohol: 14.5% vol.

Elaboration: Fermentation for 10 days at 22 °C with yeasts from the estate. Maceration for 15 to 30 days with two pump-overs per day. No press is used. Aged in new 500-litre French oak barrels from Allier for twelve months. Subsequent aging in the bottle in the cellar for a minimum of twelve months. Natural cork stopper from the country.
Service: Serve between 16 and 17 °. It is recommended to decant before serving.
