Elaboration: Fermentation and ageing on lees for 8 months. 70% in 500L French oak barrels and 30% in ovoid cement tanks.
Viticulture: Organic viticulture from a single 62-year-old vineyard: Cantallops vineyard located at an altitude of 430 m in the Costers d’Ordal area.
Microclimate: Vineyard planted on a north-facing slope at an altitude of 425 metres. The proximity to the sea provides humidity and freshness.
Production: More than 5000 bottles.
Soil type: Stone nodules.
Service: Serve it between 10-12ºC.
Pairings: Seafood, oily fish, white meat, cured cheeses and semi-cured cheeses.
