Maceration for 15 to 30 days with two pump-overs per day. No press is used. Aged in new 500-litre French oak barrels from Allier for twelve months. Subsequent aging in the bottle in the cellar for a minimum of twelve months. Natural cork stopper from the country.<br \/>\n<strong>Service:<\/strong> Serve between 16 and 17 \u00b0.
