By clicking on the “Pay”<\/strong> button during the purchase process, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts all these general terms and conditions of sale.<\/p>

The data recorded by Monvins Seleccions Gastronomiques, SL<\/strong> constitute proof of the transactions carried out between the company and the members of its Private Community. The company will confirm each order by sending an email. <\/p>

The prices of the products include all taxes, but do not include transport costs. Payment is made by bank card (Visa and MasterCard). The amount will be debited from the customer’s account within a maximum period of 4 days from the date of the order and will be considered effective after confirmation by the bank payment centres. <\/p>

If the POS terminal (Point of Sale Terminal) informs you of the card refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be informed online of this cancellation.<\/p>
