Elaboration: The harvest is done separately: first the Tempranillo and, twenty days later, the Graciano. The grapes are transported refrigerated in small boxes to preserve their integrity. Aged in American oak barrels for 36 months.
Service: Serve at 16 °C.
Pairing: Especially recommended with red meats, stews, seasoned fish and desserts with chocolate or red fruits; Ideal as a tabletop cup.
