Production: Traditional double fermentation method (sparkling Brut Nature Reserva), fermentations in stainless steel, minimum ageing of 15–20 months in the bottle. Own yeasts, slaughtering without freezing, organic farming on calcinar soils and gravel, regenerative viticulture.
Service: Between 6 and 8 °C in a tulip or white wine glass.
Pairing: Ideal for appetizers, starters, pickles, fish, seafood, ceviches, toast or not very sweet sweets, rice, oriental cuisine and red fruit desserts.
