Elaboration: The vineyards, about 150 to 400 m above sea level, are located in the Aubagues de Bellmunt del Priorat. Vines planted in the late 90s; limited production (~2,400 kg per hectare). It creates an elegant wine, with fresh red fruits and floral notes; to the taste, silky, velvety and refreshing.
Service: It is recommended to serve at 18 ° C.
Pairing: Ideal with forest rabbit with chanterelles, homemade cannelloni, stewed beef with peas, lobster or beef with bay sauce, or fatty fish such as rebol.
