Elaboration: Vinified with 100% Mencía grapes from the Viña Sapita plot; fermentation in open 500 L French oak barrels with native yeasts and subsequent ageing in 225 and 700 L barrels for about 18 months; Subsequent refinement in the bottle.
Service: Serve between 15 °C and 16 °C.
