Elaboration: Hand-picked. Maceration for 3 days with the skins. Fermentation with native yeasts for 16 days. Light clarification, without stabilization.
Bottled: April 1, 2020, crescent moon.
Winemaker’s note: A wine that we really wanted to bring to the market. The oldest estate, bottled. The production process was simple; in short, it expresses a plot marked by balance. It was worth the wait.
