Production: from Trepat grapes, a native variety of the Conca de Barberà. The grapes come from an old vineyard, 60 years old and fermented in 2,500L barrels, where it rests for 4-6 months. It is balanced, floral, very balsamic, unctuous… Highly recommended!
Food pairing: Ideal to enjoy in roasts, stews, grilled meats, vegetable rice, meat rice, sea and mountain dishes or pasta with Bolognese sauce
