Elaboration: On October 15 we began the manual harvest, in small boxes of 20 kg, with a first selection in the field of the best grapes, with a perfect state of ripeness and health. In the cellar we make a new selection at the table.
Service: Serve it at 16ºC.
Pairing: Snacks, vegetables and rice. Birds and feather hunting. Fish stews. Creamy and lightly cured cheeses. Roast lamb.
