At LAUDE.WINE we ship to the entire Spanish territory (Mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands). For international deliveries, please contact us to confirm availability and delivery times.

📦 Delivery Times

• Mainland Spain: 24–72 business hours.
• Balearic & Canary Islands: 3–7 business days.
• International: depends on the destination.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (non-holidays).
If the order is placed after 14:00h, it will be prepared the next business day.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart based on destination and package weight. Some promotions may include free shipping, which will be shown during checkout.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information.

⚠️ Transport Incidents

If your package arrives with visible damage, tampered packaging, or any other issue, please state it on the carrier’s receipt and notify us at info@laude.wine within 24 hours of delivery.
