Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, POS terminal, etc.).
We do not issue cash refunds.

📘 What is Refunded

• The value of the returned product.
• In case of an error attributable to LAUDE.WINE, shipping costs will also be refunded.
• For voluntary returns, initial shipping costs are not refunded.
