Production: Fermentation 28ºC and 30ºC / maceration 20 days. Eight months in medium and light roasted French (40%) and American (60%) oak barrels.
Service: Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
Pairing: Pink and red meats, with fruit sauces, pasta.
